A few weeks ago we held our annual business meeting. At that time the elder board made a recommendation to switch our worship service schedule to one service at 9 AM followed by Sunday School at 10:15. We made that recommendation based on careful discussion, prayer and out of a desire to see our church grow together. That recommendation was unanimously approved by those in attendance.
We love how we as a church have grown and that so many want to grow in their relationships with Christ. As we continue to grow, we see the need to build up relationships within our church family.
This past December, we added 40+ seats to the sanctuary which enables us to have more people in the sanctuary and because of that, we believe that our entire church family can worship during one service instead of two.
Beginning March 1st, we will offer one worship service at 9 AM and with Sunday School to follow at 10:15 AM.
We hope that this creates a fuller worship experience and allows more opportunities for us to grow as your church family. If you have any insights that would be helpful to us as a church as we take these next steps, please feel free to talk to either Pastor Ed or Pastor Mark or any of our elders.
Thank you again for your partnership in the Gospel,
Pastor Ed and Pastor Mark
